2nd ANNUAL EW Athletic Booster Club Auction

When: Saturday, March 13, 2010 (5:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
Where: Harbor Square Athletic Club Tennis Facility

 

The momentum is building!!!! We are all so excited about our 2nd Annual Booster Club Auction. It is shaping up to be an eventful evening!

We don't want you to miss the fun or the great deals so please take note of the schedule of activities below. Our doors open at 5:00 PM sharp for an extra bit of time to register, sip a beverage and socialize with your fellow Warrior fans.

Schedule of the Evening's Events:

  • 5:00 PM ~ Doors Open ~ Socializing & Silent Bidding
  • 6:50 PM ~ Silent Auction Red Section Closing
  • 7:15 PM ~ Silent Auction Yellow Section Closing
  • 7:20 PM ~ Delicious Authentic Mexican Buffet
  • 8:00 PM ~ Live Auction Begins!

  • "First of Live" Raffle! For only $25 per ticket, you can win your pick of any of the 1st five Live Auction Items!
  • Dessert Frenzy! The most scrumptious of delectable delights await your table.
  • Exclusive Vintage Reserve Warrior Wine! Limited edition bottles of this rich and flavorful wine from the Columbia Valley will be available for only $20 per bottle!
  • Incredible Entertainment! We will have special dinner music from a select group of Edmonds Woodway band members!

We so look forward to seeing you all there. People like you and night like there - where we all come together with the common cause of enhancing the high school experience for our youth through athletics is what is is all about!

Don't miss this event! It is the social extravaganza of the school year for all Warrior Fans and Families! Last year we sold out of tickets in less than 2 weeks so we are moving to a slightly larger venue at Harbor Square Athletic Club (HSAC) so more fans and families can join in the fun and support EW athletics. Thank you to HSAC for once again donating the space for our use! What great community spirit!
